All online orders are not completed until Joi Fashionista has emailed you a receipt confirming the completion of the online order. If your order is unable to be fulfilled a member of the team will contact you to advise the status of your order.

Joi Fashionista will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24 business hours for your order to be processed. All packages are shipped USPS 2-3 business days Priority mail service or First Class mail service with tracking after your order has been processed. If a package is lost or stolen Joi Fashionista will not be held responsible.
